Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Many enterprise and EU/UK customers need a Data Processing Agreement in place before they can purchase software. CalibraCore offers a DPA on request. This page explains what it covers and how to get it.

What is a DPA?

A Data Processing Agreement is a contract between you (the data controller) and CalibraCore (the data processor). It sets out how we process personal data on your behalf and is a requirement under privacy laws such as the EU/UK GDPR (Article 28) for many organizations.

What our DPA covers

  • The scope, nature and purpose of the data we process for you
  • Our obligations to keep that data secure and confidential
  • Our use of sub-processors and how we notify you of changes
  • How we support data-subject rights (access, deletion, portability)
  • Personal-data breach notification
  • Return or deletion of your data when your account ends

How to request the DPA

Email support@calibracore.com — or contact us — and ask for our Data Processing Agreement. We will send it to you to review and sign, along with our current list of sub-processors.
